Hardware

The machine that bears witness.

PackNSign measures, weighs, records and photographs every parcel against physical rulers. And signs what it sees before it leaves the warehouse.

PackNSign station with a parcel at the 0·0·0 origin, the screen on and the perspective camera aimed at the parcel.

Three gestures. Not one more.

  1. 01

    Place the parcel at 0·0·0

The base is scale and ruler at once. Always the same corner, so every measurement is repeatable.

  2. 02

    Measure, weigh and 3D-scan

The overhead head captures length, width and height, and any dent or knock, while the scale weighs.

  3. 03

    Sign and send

The cameras record and photograph with the rulers behind. The station signs and Know Your Parcel seals.

A photo that explains itself.

The perspective camera captures the parcel, the 0·0·0 origin and both rulers in a single image. Anyone looking at it sees the dimensions without being told.

No assessor, judge or carrier needs to trust us. They just have to look.

Every part, a proof.

Nothing is decorative. Every element of the station exists so the evidence is repeatable and verifiable.

  • Overhead head

Camera, video, 3D depth sensor and its own light. It measures, reads the label and models the parcel.

  • Touch screen

Size, weight and status in real time. One button for the operator.

  • Mast and panel

A single aluminium mast and a 60 cm panel with the printed rulers.

  • Perspective arm

Repositions for small, standard or large parcels without losing the ruler framing.

It reads the label. It checks in by itself.

The overhead camera reads the tracking, sender and recipient, cross-checks declared against measured weight and registers the parcel in your system. Nothing to type.

Automatic check-in screen with the parcel data.
