We come from the warehouse.
Know Your Parcel was born in Valencia, inside a parcel-forwarding operator that has spent years absorbing disputes that were not its own: dimensional weight, damage, returns, customs.
We build for ourselves first. The PackNSign station is being assembled now with a Spanish manufacturer and will go into service in our own warehouse before opening to anyone else.
